Office Chair Repair

To receive a free estimate for chair repair please follow these simple instructions.  By following this procedure you will save both time and money. Otherwise, an estimate can also be given on-site for a charge of $35 (additional charges may also apply depending on the location and the number of chairs).

  1. Obtain the chair manufacturer and model number, or photograph the chair (if you do not have a model number).

Not all chairs are clearly marked with a model number. If you need a repair on a chair that is not labeled with a model number, it is necessary to send a photograph of the chair so the proper parts may be ordered.

Tip: Make sure the entire chair is in the photograph but not so far away that it is hard to make out identifying features.

  1. Photograph the area to be repaired (if you do not have a part #).

If you need a repair on a chair part that is not visibly labeled with a part number, take a close-up photograph of the area that is damaged. This will help identify what parts will need to be ordered for repair.

Tip: If the damage is located inside of the cylinder, photograph the cylinder itself.

  1. Write a brief description regarding the problem with the chair.

This is especially important when there are no outward signs of damage.

Tip: If you fax the information you can always make notes on the photographs.

  1. Send the above information to Accurate Installation Services, Inc.

We will review the information and get back to you quickly with an estimate for the repair. The estimate will include everything from on-site repair to pick-up and delivery.

Tip: You can use Word, Outlook, Outlook Express, Fax or the Postal Service to send the information.

  1. Include your contact information.
